Very disgusting tsk tsk...I am a valued costumer of Puregold. Every week I do my groceries in Puregold in Quezon Ave. This just happened @ 10:05am today and the cashier's name is C:278 Joylyn she punches 2x the Tocino and Peppersteak. I didn't notice it coz I'm in hurry until I found out when I got home. I can't go back coz I'm in San Mateo Rizal na.n

Though it's quite a ways from our residence compared to the one that used to be in Quezon Ave corner West Ave, this is still strategically located. The exit at the back provided access to us who love to go on foot when getting grocery done. Even with the pandemic, the grocery store remained orderly and neat. The staff were courteous. This is very close to Providence Hospital as well as banks such as BDO, BPI, AUB, Security Bank and Bank of Commerce.

This a convenient place to shop for groceries for West Triangle residents. They have all the basic grocery items you need for your home including bills payment facility, medicine, and some office supplies. There are also some food stalls at the front gate of their Quezon Avenue entrance.

For me it is just another convenience store coz of the close proximity to the house. It is slightly more expensive than HiTop but if live near west avenue , it is a good place to buy groceries.

I was able to get items that I need, but not so complete range of grocery items, vegetables are few and not so complete.

I have been a long time shopper here with my family. Today, me and my mother bought our groceries. My mom discovered that the Nagaraya she bought tasted horrid and had molds on it. When she tried to get a replacement, the cashier named Shila who stationed at the exit near the meat and fish section told her that the nuts were supposed to taste like that. However, my mother always buys Nagaraya and she knows that these nuts were not how they usually tasted. The green molds could contain aflotoxin which gives people poisoning or liver cancer. Alas, this ignorant cashier still would not listen. The customer service is horrid here, the service is not like how it was before. Majority of the staff are ignorant and rude.

It's not crowded. It's clean. It's organized. It doesn't smell. It has most anything I need. People are accommodating and courteous. Cigarettes are expensive
